Dripped Up Clothing: With Dripped Up Clothing, it’s not just about looking good – there’s real substance behind the swagger. When our customers slip into one of our pieces, they step up their style game to a higher level – with attitude and integrity dripping from every thread. To be honest, fashion has never looked so good until you’ve been all DRIPPED UP 💧
California Pretty: Can you give our readers a when and where origins of how you came up with the idea for Dripped Up Clothing?
Dripped Up Clothing: Growing up in the suburbs of Orlando had its perks, especially for a super-competitive kid like me. For fifteen years I used my competitiveness to become an elite football player playing both high school and college ball later on in Wisconsin at Beloit College—which is no easy feat! After that ended though, something was missing from my life. Then inspiration hit: why not create a clothing line? Thus, Dripped Up came into existence with offerings so stylish you’d think they dripped from heaven itself!
California Pretty: That’s an amazing story! Now, can you tell us about some notable career highlights of yours? (You know, like any awards, recognition, accomplishments, collaborations, etc. you might have partaken in.)
Dripped Up Clothing: Oh, Man! I’m in the hot seat! From the studio to the stages, I’ve been lucky enough to collaborate with some of music’s hottest acts. After all these years of hard work, I’m grateful to have collaborated with some of the music industry’s finest. It was truly an inspiring team effort that enabled me to reach this level – I’ve been privileged to collaborate with Keyawna Nikole, Finesse Gang Polo, Chris Clemenza, Ayleks, and Rarri – hip hop’s hottest names. So, let’s raise our glasses and give thanks to all those who had my back!
California Pretty: We know that business is a dog-eat-dog world. Can you tell our readers about one of the biggest challenges you’ve had to face thus far and how you overcame the odds?
Dripped Up Clothing: Breaking into the apparel game was a challenge, but squeaking out some extra profits to boot? That’s where things got really tricky. At the beginning of Dripped Up, I had an ace up my sleeve. I had a good friend with logo-ing skills who would drop the Dripped Up brand artwork onto the garments. However, they suddenly moved away, I realized it was time for me to dig a little deeper and find new ways of making my dream of Dripped Up Clothing, a sustainable reality. So, what did this hustler do? I found myself an incredible supplier who wouldn’t take any upfront monies unless someone actually bought something! That was my Ta-da moment: less spending on inventory = more focus on growing & marketing my brand… all while cashing big ol’ checks 😀 :’)
California Pretty: What one word of wisdom do you offer anyone reading your story right now?
Dripped Up Clothing: If there’s one motto that we should all take to heart, it’d be this – Dream Big! It might sound a bit cliche at first but trust me; aiming high will pay off in ways you can’t even imagine. Dream Big! Don’t just imagine what could be – make it a reality! Imagine your wildest dreams, and turn them into reality! With nothing more than an idea and some ambition, I have turned this clothing brand into something great! The sky’s the limit and there are no boundaries to your potential success.

Dripped Up Clothing: I envision Dripped Up, my brand, becoming a mainstay in stores around the world and eventually making it a household name among young people. If I ever got to see my brand on the cover of an iconic magazine–that would be what dreams are made of! Realizing these two dreams would make all this hard work and dedication – so worth it!
